Follow-Up: Area Weatherman Selling Meats on the Ridge

According to Mr. Paolo, it’s his exotic meats that people are after on Nevada County’s famously and fiercely independent “Ridge.”

“I do have delicious venison jerky sourced locally and aged to perfection. I’ll have free samples all this week,” continued Mr. Paolo new “Mandy” line of meat products. “It’s my new “Mandy” line of meat products I’m offering for a short limited time.”

When asked to explain why this special offering was limited, he commented, “my local supplier of this tasty treat passed away last December. I’ve not ran into a new source. Until then it’s going to be in short supply.”

According to Mr. Paolo, he’s going to be running a “sample table” at the Briar Patch this weekend. Stop by and taste his meat.
