Grass Valley, CA — Grass Valley, CA Father Craig Thomas is beside himself. For the past 2 years, his 15-year-old son Kevin has refused to eat anything but Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.

“We’ve tried everything. And I mean everything. You’re not gonna suggest anything are you?” asked Mr. Thomas of this The Fazzler correspondent. “Anyhow, we’ve tried everything. We’ve simply said ‘No. don’t tell me what to do.’ We took away all the crap out of the house. Didn’t work. We took him shopping with us to BriarPatch, telling him ‘you do the shopping.’ Didn’t work. We tried including him in meal preparation. No Dice. We tried starving him. And he started to starve. Nothing has worked.”

“I don’t know what the big deal is,” said a mouthy Kevin  Thomas. “I just don’t like anything but Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. My Mom brought home some red box kind from Grocery Outlet. It sucked.”

Many parents find themselves stuck with picky eaters. Experts recommend variation and variety, and including their teens in the planning, shopping and preparation process.

“Look, we’ve tried everything. We’re experts at failure. So I guess we succeeded at that,” chuckled Mr. Thomas.
