Chris Rock Accidentally Runs Over DJ Jazzy Jeff

Hollywood, CA — Comedian Chris Rock accidentally ran over DJ Jazzy Jeff while driving in his 2002 Subaru Outback in Los Angeles.

According to eyewitnesses, Rock was behind the wheel of his trusty Outback when he failed to see the famous DJ crossing the street. The comedian apparently had his eyes glued to his phone, scrolling through social media, and didn’t notice the pedestrian until it was too late.

“I can’t believe this happened,” Rock said in a statement to the press. “I was just trying to catch up on my Instagram feed, and the next thing I know, I hear a loud thud and see a pair of sneakers flying through the air.”

DJ Jazzy Jeff was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries but is expected to make a full recovery. Rock, meanwhile, was left shaken by the incident.

“I’m just glad Jeff is okay,” he said. “I feel terrible about what happened. I promise to be more careful in the future.”

This incident serves as a reminder to always stay alert and keep your eyes on the road, no matter how tempting it may be to check your phone. And if you’re driving a 2002 Subaru Outback, be extra cautious – those things are notoriously difficult to see out of. Let’s all do our part to keep our roads safe and accident-free.
